For the past 16 years, the organization has played a vital role in the lives of many artists in UPLB. When UPPC was founded by Mr. Mario Angay in 1992, it already has the sole objective of helping each member in the enhancement of skills and talents in the field of visual arts. Belonging in a community of scientific learning and agro-technical breakthroughs, the club had to struggle to develop a dimension far from the rigid discipline of sciences. It had a vulnerable start that its existence almost ended two years after it was formed. But the love for self-expression prevailed, leading to the revival if the organization with the increasing number of member turnout every semester.
